## Required

- Current independent clinical license (Master's or Doctoral level)
- 3+ years providing individual, couples, or family psychotherapy
- Availability for at least 10 sessions per week
- Comfortable with teletherapy technology and EMR documentation
- Safe, secure location with reliable internet for remote sessions
- Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness)
- Experience with risk management and higher-acuity cases
- Culturally responsive care practice
- U.S. residency (50 states only)

## Nice to have

- Licensed in multiple states
- Licensed psychologist willing to pursue PSYPACT enrollment
- Evening or weekend availability
- Multilingual ability
- Familiarity with Headspace app and content
