- Wiring harness layout and manufacturing experience with mil-spec circular connectors
- Professional shop experience with tool management and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) awareness
- High-pressure fluid and gas systems experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T
- Ability to develop new procedures and processes
- Willingness to learn new fabrication techniques
- Work effectively in fast-paced, changing environment

## Nice to have

- Manual machining on mill and lathe
- Welding aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium
