## Summary

This role focuses on building and maintaining the software pipelines that move machine learning models from research into production on autonomous truck hardware. You'll own model conversion, compilation, benchmarking, and release processes while collaborating closely with perception and safety teams to ensure strict performance requirements are met.

## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or related field plus 4+ years experience (or Master's degree plus 0-3+ years experience)
- Extensive experience with model conversion and compilation pipelines (ONNX, TensorRT, torch.compile)
- Hands-on experience deploying and testing models on edge hardware like NVIDIA Orin
- Experience maintaining a model release registry in production
- Ability to perform latency benchmarking and quality parity validation
- Experience comparing and interpreting performance metrics across hardware platforms

## Nice to have

- Expertise in model quantization (PTQ, QAT) and mixed-precision inference (INT8, FP8, FP4, BF16/FP16)
- Experience releasing multi-target models across heterogeneous platforms
- Familiarity with autonomous driving perception algorithms like temporal 3D object detection, BEV, and 3D Occupancy Networks
- Multi-modal sensor fusion experience with vision, LiDAR, and radar
- C++ and/or CUDA kernel development
