- History of peer-reviewed publications and presentations in downstream bioprocessing
- Knowledge of biologics CMC development
- Ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide staff development

## Nice to have

- Leadership of CMC development teams
- Continuous biomanufacturing with process-analytical technologies
- Experience with high-throughput experimentation and automation
- Knowledge of protein expression, analytics, conjugation chemistry, and formulation
- Biophysical and mechanistic modeling experience
- Experience with statistical analysis, data science, machine learning, or AI
