- 7+ years in sales or customer success roles

- Ability to design and scale pre-sales or customer success processes across regions or segments
- Executive communication skills and ability to synthesize performance data into narratives for senior leadership
- Proven track record developing people managers and building accountability culture
- Entrepreneurial mindset suited to fast-paced, high-growth environments

## Nice to have

- Experience managing team members who are themselves managers (managers of managers)
