Confido is seeking an Accounting Manager to build financial operations from the ground up at a rapidly growing CPG software startup. You'll own core accounting processes, design scalable systems and controls, and work cross-functionally with leadership as the company scales.

## Required

- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Hands-on experience with accounting and ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and builder's mindset

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Prior public accounting or Big Four experience
- Experience at a high-growth or venture-backed startup
- Experience with ERP migrations like QuickBooks to NetSuite
- Experience supporting audits, investor reporting, or fundraising diligence
