## Required

- Significant experience building and shipping software with ownership beyond implementation
- Track record of owning features from concept through launch and post-launch iteration
- Strong system design, testing strategy, debugging, maintainability, and operational readiness
- Product and business judgment connecting technical decisions to customer impact
- Full-stack capability across user experience, services, APIs, and data
- Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and data partners on customer-facing products
- Clear written and verbal communication in English, including specs and asynchronous decision-making
- Leadership through ownership, influence, and decision-making

## Nice to have

- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools or automation in day-to-day work
