## Required

- Recognized expert in biologics drug substance single-use manufacturing
- BS in science or engineering with at least 6 years of biologics DS manufacturing experience
- On-the-floor plant technician or supervisor experience in licensed biologics DS facility with single-use technologies
- Design, commissioning, qualification, and validation of cGMP biologics manufacturing facility and equipment
- Single-use technology systems engineering design and performance trending
- Risk-based cGMP controls and contamination control strategy design
- Deep technical knowledge across at least three of: facility startup, process automation, quality assurance, process optimization, or regulatory requirements

## Nice to have

- CHO cell-based process design and tech transfer experience
- Process automation controls engineering (Emerson DeltaV, PI, Inductive Automation Ignition, Korber PAS-X, SAP)
- Digital manufacturing and process parameterization
- AI and advanced digital solutions applied to manufacturing
- Health authority inspection experience (FDA, EMA, ICH)
- People leadership and team management experience
