## Required

- 4+ years cybersecurity experience in red teaming or offensive security
- Ability to conduct end-to-end attack chains including initial access, lateral movement, privilege escalation, and data exfiltration
- Network penetration testing and Active Directory exploitation
- Cloud attacks on Azure, AWS, and Office 365
- Endpoint evasion techniques
- MITRE ATT&CK framework knowledge
- Command and Control frameworks
- Offensive security tooling
- Purple team methodology experience
- OPSEC discipline under blue team monitoring
- Scripting and automation in at least one major language

## Nice to have

- Experience targeting OT or lab-connected systems
- Modern AI-based attacks and their use in attack chains
- Certifications: OSCP, OSEP, OSED, CRTO, or equivalent hands-on offensive credentials
- Ability to communicate complex offensive findings to technical engineers and executives
