- Lead source selections and major sole source procurements including cost/price analysis and negotiations
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements
- Award and administer various contract types including FFP, T&M, Cost-Reimbursement, Incentive, and IDIQ
- Administer complex contracts including performance monitoring, modifications, problem resolution, and closeout
- Coach and mentor junior contract professionals
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- Obtain DAWIA Certification in Contracting within 36 months of appointment
- Pass security investigation

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with DoD Source Selection Manual
- Experience in Information Technology acquisitions including agile software development
- Ability to develop and implement innovative or creative solutions
- Knowledge of Federal Appropriations Law
- DAWIA Contracting Professional Certification or FAC-C Level II
