- Understanding of industry regulations, inspection standards, safety protocols, and pipeline operations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and smart tablets
- Commitment to company policies, procedures, and core values

## Nice to have

- PMP, API, AMPP/NACE, or related industry credentials
- 3 years of Colonial Pipeline experience
