## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related field
- 18+ years board and system-level reliability testing experience
- 5+ years Data Center equipment reliability experience
- 10+ years leading reliability management
- Deep understanding of reliability concepts and physics of failure
- Proficiency with DfR, NUDD, and FMEA methodologies
- Experience with reliability modeling, assessments, predictions and allocations
- Strong command of statistics, data analytics and reliability mathematics
- Component and subassembly reliability testing experience

## Nice to have

- Graduate degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related field
- Familiarity with finite element analysis and simulations
- Silicon/semiconductor/package-level reliability knowledge
- Electronics manufacturing and testing process experience
- Transportation packaging testing experience
