- 2+ years of phlebotomy experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- competency in adult, pediatric, and infant phlebotomy
- competency in skin punctures and bleeding time procedures
- knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA
- computer and data entry skills

## Nice to have

- phlebotomy technician certification through NHA
- CLA certificate
- drug screen collection experience
