- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification
- 7+ years progressive accounting experience including treasury accounting or foreign currency accounting
- Strong technical accounting knowledge of foreign currency and treasury accounting
- Experience with foreign currency transactions, remeasurement, and translation adjustments
- Experience accounting for cash management, investments, and intercompany funding
- Experience supporting external reporting and internal control compliance
- Experience with ERP systems and treasury management systems
- Ability to interpret accounting guidance and apply it to complex treasury matters
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Cross-functional relationship building and stakeholder influence
- Project management skills
- Verbal, written, and executive communication skills
- Customer service mindset and attention to detail
- Work effectively in fast-paced global environment

## Nice to have
