## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years aerospace structures assembly or precision mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints
- Experience installing aerospace fasteners and rivets
- Experience with aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, and composite materials
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Manual dexterity for precision assembly

## Nice to have

- Technical training or aerospace certification
- Experience with spacecraft, satellites, launch vehicles, or military aircraft
- Composite bonding and structural repair experience
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards and quality systems
- Cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment experience
