- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years in global sales, business development, or commercial leadership
- Experience closing large strategic deals in long-cycle sales
- Experience managing global accounts across multiple stakeholders

- Ability to operate in matrixed organizations and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proven execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
