## Required

- 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong backend engineering experience with Go
- Production API development (REST and/or gRPC)
- Hands-on Kubernetes in production environments
- Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- AWS cloud services knowledge
- Building or supporting ML processing pipelines (video, image, or document)
- Production LLM experience
- Developing agents and/or MCP servers or equivalent tool-integration platforms
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

## Nice to have

- Milvus or other vector database production experience
- GPU-backed workloads and ML inference optimization
- Messaging/streaming systems (Kafka, SQS, SNS)
- Secure system design for AI platforms (IAM, secrets management, least-privilege access)
- Internal developer platforms or ML infrastructure team experience
