Lead a pre-sales technical team responsible for helping prospective enterprise customers evaluate and adopt Temporal Cloud. This role combines team management with hands-on involvement in complex technical sales cycles, requiring someone who can coach Solutions Architects while maintaining strategic influence over new-logo acquisition strategy.

## Required

- 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or comparable customer-facing technical role
- 2+ years managing or leading a technical pre-sales team
- Experience supporting enterprise new-logo acquisition and complex technical evaluations
- Background in open-source, developer-tools, or infrastructure-software companies
- Strong technical background with hands-on distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architecture experience
- Proficiency in at least one of Temporal's supported languages (Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, PHP)
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with modern development and deployment tooling (CI/CD, containers, orchestration)

- Deep familiarity with multiple Temporal-supported languages
- Experience with multiple major cloud providers
