- Strong understanding of Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Discrete/Repetitive Manufacturing
- Experience leading support in a global AMS or production environment
- Ability to handle complex incidents and system enhancements
- Deep knowledge of integration with Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality
- Strong Agile/Scrum and service management mindset
- Fluent English
