- 1+ years of A/V systems work experience
- Proven Crestron programming experience
- Proficiency in modern programming languages
- System integration and troubleshooting of complex A/V systems
- Network programming experience
- Systems engineering principles knowledge
- U.S. Person status per export control requirements

## Nice to have

- 3+ years systems design and integration experience (Level 3)
- 5+ years systems design and integration experience (Level 4)
- Active TS/SCI clearance with current CIP already in place
- Experience translating customer requirements into software designs
- Software configuration management knowledge
- C# programming experience
- Object-oriented programming experience
- HTML/web programming for UI design
- Crestron Gold level certification or higher
- Experience with distributed teams
- Cross-level staff and management interaction
- Development team membership experience
