## Required

- Bachelor's in Aerospace, Mechanical, or similar Engineering with 8 years spacecraft thermal systems experience, OR Master's with 6 years related experience
- Knowledge of spacecraft thermal system architecture, standards, best practices, components, and suppliers
- Experience designing or analyzing thermal control components including heaters, sensors, radiators, MLI, coatings, heat pipes
- Experience with specification, vendor management, and requirements verification for thermal components
- Experience with fluid-thermal design and analysis software like Thermal Desktop, ANSYS Thermal, or AMESim
- Experience with TVAC testing including test plans, operations, data processing and reports
- Effective verbal and written communication including technical reports and presentations
- U.S. Person status and ITAR eligibility

## Nice to have

- Experience designing, building, and testing active thermal control systems with pumped fluid loops
- Proven ability to take concepts from initial idea to final product
- Proficiency in CAD, particularly SolidWorks, and lifecycle management tools
- Systems engineering experience navigating complex subsystem interactions
