- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 8+ years of EMC/EMI testing, analysis, or mitigation experience
- 3+ years leading EMC engineering for multi-unit aerospace systems
- U.S. citizenship

## Nice to have

- 14+ years related experience (Level 5) or 20+ years (Level 6)
- MIL-STD-461 knowledge
- Cost, schedule, and technical performance management using Earned Value or TPM
- Experience with digitizing oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, EMI receivers, and signal generators
- 8+ years of EMI/EMC analysis for requirements derivation, validation, and verification
