- Senior product leadership experience (GM, VP level)
- Track record owning a product line competing on statistical rigor and data infrastructure
- Deep operator-level expertise in experimentation methodology including causal inference, variance reduction, ratio metrics, sequential testing, and multi-armed bandits
- Credibility with data science leaders and experimentation specialists at sophisticated organizations
- Led a cross-functional team including engineering, design, and data science
- Direct communicator who ships fast with incomplete information
