## Required

- 6+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years building enterprise products
- Track record of moving a product upmarket
- Built analytics-heavy, technically deep products
- Operated in enterprise sales-led GTM motion with Fortune 500 customers
- Fluency with IT, security, and admin buyer personas
- Hands-on familiarity with RBAC, SSO/SAML, SCIM, audit logs, and governance/compliance
- Strong technical judgment with infrastructure, APIs, and security tradeoffs
- High agency and bias toward action
- Excellent written communication

## Nice to have

- Experience with regulated industries (finance, healthcare, public sector)
- Familiarity with SOC 2 and HIPAA frameworks
- Experience scaling enterprise motion from early stage to scale
- Familiarity with AI ecosystem and responsible enterprise deployment
