## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of stocking experience or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Ability to read and interpret planograms
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently
- Ability to stand and walk continuously
- Ability to travel daily within designated zone
- Valid driver's license per BGC Driver Policy

## Nice to have

- Basic knowledge of store reset and remodel processes
- Experience with new technology systems and methods
