## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of system software development for real-time embedded systems
- Strong understanding of computer architecture and operating system fundamentals
- Proficiency in C and/or Ada/SPARK programming
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools and performance analysis
- Deep expertise in automotive networking including Linux, QNX, network stack optimization, IEEE 1588 PTP, and TSN
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools

## Nice to have

- In-depth knowledge of QNX and real-time Linux
- Understanding of ARM architecture and low-level ARM v8 development
- Hands-on Ada/SPARK programming experience including formal verification
- Experience with TLA+ formal verification modeling
- Prior experience developing software to ISO 26262 and ISO 21434 standards
