- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of manufacturing or operational experience

- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Standing for extended periods
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Understanding of lockout/tagout procedures
- Safe forklift and powered equipment operation
- Ability to perform quality control inspections
- Proficiency in assigned manufacturing processes (used bushings, wire processing, mounting/shipping, hot processes, plate processing)
- Basic shop math skills
- Hazardous communication protocol awareness

## Nice to have

- Associate degree or certificate in industrial trades
- 5+ years of manufacturing or related experience
