- 5+ years transportation, logistics, or carrier management experience
- Experience managing parcel carrier networks and 3PL providers
- Experience in multi-site distribution environments
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Independent work style and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
- Data-driven analytical approach
- Problem-solving and process improvement track record
- Budget and transportation cost management
- Influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in English

## Nice to have

- Retail, fashion, eCommerce, or consumer goods industry experience
- Forecasting and demand planning experience
- Large-scale carrier network implementation or transportation transformation project exposure
- German language skills
