- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- 1+ years as internal recruiter at high-growth company
- Demonstrated sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines from scratch
- Experience recruiting for Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering roles
- Comfortable switching between technical and non-technical searches
- Willing to work Brooklyn office 4 days per week

## Nice to have

- Experience recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to push back on hiring managers
- Ability to manage multiple open searches simultaneously
- Experience in high-growth startup environment
