## Required

- Experience in management consulting or advisory role in energy sector
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to connect strategy to execution
- Analytical skills and ability to communicate complex issues clearly
- Interest in energy transition and understanding of power market drivers
- Leadership experience engaging and motivating stakeholders through change
- Fluent Norwegian
- Relevant higher education with strong results or equivalent experience
- Ability to work at high pace and manage parallel deliverables
- Methodical, analytical and systematic problem-solving approach
- Commercial orientation and understanding of customer value creation
