- SPC experience
- Familiarity with dimensional layouts
- Familiarity with gage and fixture design
- Familiarity with performance and material testing
- Lead cross-functional product launch teams
- Develop Production Control Plans
- Conduct capability studies
- Coordinate PPAP submission packages

## Nice to have

- Quality systems auditor training
- Advanced Quality Planning experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
