This role suits someone with operations or program management experience who is comfortable juggling moving parts, communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, and getting into the field to support hardware deployments.

## Required

- Program management or operations experience in execution-focused roles
- Strong organizational and project tracking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity
- Cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, and operations
- Willingness to travel locally and support field installations

## Nice to have

- Background in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering
- Experience working with hardware or product engineering teams through design-build-test cycles (NPI, DVT/PVT)
- Experience with VPPs, residential energy programs, solar, batteries, HVAC, or home electrification
- Exposure to energy policy, utility programs, or regulatory processes
- Experience in renewable energy or field operations
