## Summary

This role owns the product lifecycle management (PLM) platform strategy and administration for a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company entering manufacturing. You'll manage engineering data governance, bills of materials, CAD integration, and cross-functional platform partnerships while building a strong foundation as the company scales production operations.

## Required

- 8+ years enterprise systems administration or PLM experience
- 4+ years hands-on PLM platform administration (Teamcenter, Windchill, Arena, or similar)
- Working knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes including BOM management and engineering change control
- Understanding of PLM-to-ERP data integration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

## Nice to have

- Active Siemens Teamcenter or equivalent PLM certification
- EBOM/MBOM management in engineered-to-order manufacturing
- Enterprise ERP platform administration or integration experience
- CAD tools and CAD-PLM integration experience
- Workato, MuleSoft, or iPaaS platform exposure
- Engineering or product-data governance in SOC 2 or regulated environments
- PLM platform scaling experience at high-growth manufacturing company
