## Required

- Authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency with email, Slack, and spreadsheets
- Ability to work in refrigerated environment at 36 degrees
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to work efficiently independently and in fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and bend repeatedly
- Forklift certification (stand-up, cherry picker, pallet jack)
- Commitment to company mission on food waste reduction

## Nice to have

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Produce-handling experience
- Food safety certification
- Basic produce knowledge
- Experience with Google Suite
- Ability to work efficiently both alone and as part of team
- Previous warehouse operations or similar role experience
