## Required

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years in business process services, document management, project coordination, or workflow management
- At least 1–2 years as a Business Analyst or in similar operational/junior leadership role
- Life Insurance and Annuities industry experience
- Experience supporting inbound and outbound mail operations or document management workflows
- Vendor coordination and relationship management experience
- Client onboarding and Transformation & Transition project support
- Understanding of document workflow lifecycles and routing processes
- Process improvement and operational efficiency experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Cross-functional collaboration ability
- Process analysis and data-driven decision-making skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Certifications in BPMN, Certified ScrumMaster, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP
- AWD workflow tool knowledge
- Power BI experience
- SharePoint and automation experience
