- TCP/IP and common application protocols knowledge
- High-availability network design in load-balanced environments
- Lead complex global projects from development through implementation
- Troubleshoot complex network issues
- Write technical design and infrastructure documentation
- Communicate technical solutions to multiple organizational levels

## Nice to have

- Cisco certification or Bachelor's in IT/Engineering
- 3 years infrastructure/network environment experience
- Advanced planning and problem-solving orientation
- Python and Ansible proficiency
- ITIL certification
