## Required

- 2–4 years at a top-tier management or strategy consulting firm
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, data science, or related field
- Ability to independently build financial and analytical models
- Understanding of e-commerce and retail metrics (CAC, LTV, velocity, margin)
- Experience designing surveys and conducting consumer interviews
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

## Nice to have

- Experience with membership or subscription businesses
- Background in consumer goods, food, or retail
- Familiarity with statistical software (R, SPSS)
- Knowledge of BI tools (Looker, Omni)
- Experience with syndicated retail data (Nielsen)
