- 12+ years of software engineering experience (or 9 years with advanced degree, or 6 years with PhD)
- Deep hands-on experience building large-scale backend or platform systems

- Technical leadership across engineering teams
- Modern service architecture knowledge (microservices, APIs, containers, caching, security)

## Nice to have

- 15+ years of software engineering experience with Bachelor's degree, or 12+ years with advanced degree, or 9+ years with PhD
- GenAI hands-on experience including AI-native applications, workflow orchestration, or agent-based systems
- Strong understanding of reliability, latency, scale, maintainability, and security trade-offs

- Familiarity with REST, gRPC, API gateways, container technologies, and infrastructure automation
