## Required

- Deep hands-on experience running and scaling performance marketing campaigns
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to navigate complex enterprise buying processes
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with creative teams and designers
- Comfort building new functions from scratch in fast-paced environments

## Nice to have

- Formal sales experience
- Deep technical knowledge of AI-driven creative tools and agentic marketing
- Familiarity with generative creative models
