## Required

- Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in California with active DEA registration
- Current PMHNP board certification (ANCC or AANP)
- Minimum 3 years outpatient psychiatric practice experience
- Experience providing psychiatric care in fully remote telehealth setting with remote safety protocol knowledge
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric CPT coding and E/M level selection
- Ability to conduct chart reviews and deliver constructive feedback
- Proficiency with modern EHRs, ticketing systems, and data platforms

## Nice to have

- PMHNP licensure in multiple states
- Prior experience with quality improvement, chart audits, or peer coaching
- Experience with independent contractor or non-traditional employment models
- Experience or interest in AI tools for clinical quality and chart review
- Experience writing clinical guidance documents and coaching resources
- Keen eye for subtle clinical, coding, or documentation discrepancies
