- 3+ years as Release Manager or in SW project leadership
- Great interpersonal skills

- Self-management and technical leadership
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including public speaking
- Experience leading global projects
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Atlassian Confluence, and enterprise ticket systems like Redmine, Jira, or TFS
