## Required

- Read, understand, and follow written English instructions
- Willingness to work overtime and short-notice shifts
- Commitment to safety procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail with products and inventory
- Obtain Forklift Certification and/or electrical pallet jack certification
- Work independently and collaboratively
- Dependable with strong work ethic and attendance
- Lift, move, and carry products throughout shift
- Remain on feet for extended periods including 9+ hour shifts
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Perform pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching tasks

## Nice to have

- Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving experience
- Experience with warehouse technology including RF scanners or ERP systems
- Proficiency with D365 and supply chain software platforms
