## Required

- Strong scientific and operating background with direct experience from concept to results in a company setting
- Professional growth in a multidisciplinary role at a high-growth life sciences company or leading science-focused investment or venture firm
- Founded or joined as founding team member of a biotechnology startup
- Excellent scientific judgment and entrepreneurial instinct with track record of identifying compelling opportunities
- Ability to execute independently with senior-level judgment and hands-on execution capability
- Blend of scientific and business literacy with comfort moving between both domains
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
- Field of study relevant to life sciences or biotech

## Nice to have

- 7+ years of direct experience taking ideas from concept to results in a company setting
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving frontier environment
