- 8+ years in data science or analytics with significant marketing or go-to-market measurement experience
- Proven ability to drive strategy with data-backed hypotheses across multiple initiatives
- Deep B2B marketing measurement expertise in demand generation and account-based marketing
- Experience measuring lead lifecycle from MQL through closed-won
- Advanced SQL and Python with hands-on data pipeline construction
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and manage broad DS program portfolios
- Strong executive communication skills with director and VP-level leaders
- BS or MS in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience)

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree (MS level or higher)
- Experience building and shipping AI agent systems for internal and external teams
- Deep knowledge of finance, product marketing, and corporate strategy concepts
