## Required

- 2+ years in customer support, creator success, community management, customer experience, marketing, or related field
- Exceptional customer service experience
- Experience managing social media communities or online engagement
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience creating presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint and working in Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience coordinating Zoom meetings, webinars, or virtual events
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media platforms and interest in the creator economy

## Nice to have

- Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot, Google Workspace, or similar CRM and support tools
- Knowledge of creator economy trends and influencer marketing
