## Required

- Bachelor's degree in engineering from ABET-accredited program, or Certified Clinical Engineer credential with bachelor's degree
- U.S. citizenship or sponsorship eligibility
- One year of experience at the next lower biomedical engineering grade level
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of departmental resource management including budget, staffing, space, and equipment
- Ability to draft and recommend policies for healthcare technology management
- Ability to balance competing priorities, delegate, and meet deadlines
- Skill in conflict resolution and interpersonal relationships with diverse internal and external groups

## Nice to have

- Experience managing medical device recall and alert programs
- Experience directing quality assurance for clinical equipment including testing and calibration
- Experience managing biomedical projects for equipment installation and system upgrades
- Experience coordinating service agreements
- Experience investigating medical device hazards and incidents
