## Required

- 10+ years product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in interaction design and systems thinking
- Deep expertise designing end-to-end workflows for complex, data-rich problems
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools
- Ability to communicate designs through flows, systems, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web technologies
- Experience mentoring and developing other designers
- Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end and navigate ambiguity
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field

## Nice to have

- Experience with React or similar frameworks
- Strong awareness of emerging AI and search technologies
- Experience in financial services, investment workflows, or data-heavy SaaS products
- Active use of AI tools to augment design process
