## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience managing and developing engineers
- Experience with HV/MV electrical infrastructure and construction
- Knowledge of electrical industry standards and codes
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Valid US driver's license
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Experience with electrical modeling software (ETAP, CYMCAP, EasyPower)
- Direct thermal generation experience (natural gas peaker or combined cycle plants)
- Practical experience in construction and commissioning of HV electrical systems
