- Experience with Digital Employee Experience platforms such as Nexthink, Lakeside, or ControlUp
- Knowledge of device management platforms (Intune, Workspace ONE, JAMF) and their AI enhancements
- Demonstrated experience deploying or implementing AI/ML concepts including LLMs, chatbots, and predictive analytics
- Professional or associate-level certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure AI, Google Cloud, or ServiceNow
- Experience delivering AI-focused change management and adoption programmes
- Analytical mindset to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or BMC Remedy
- Familiarity with current digital workplace trends including cloud, productivity solutions, and generative AI

## Nice to have

- AWS, Google, Azure, ServiceNow, or BMC certifications
- Site Reliability Engineering experience
