## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- Deep knowledge of open finance, open banking, or financial services
- Significant professional experience in strategy consulting or internal strategy roles with leadership experience
- Exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading complex, company-wide projects
- Team management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and work across all organizational levels
- Cross-functional team leadership experience
- Strong quantitative analytical skills

## Nice to have

- MBA or advanced degree from top-tier program
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as PSD2, CDR, and Section 1033
- Experience with A2A payments, data sharing regulation, or embedded finance
- Knowledge of Generative AI and agentic commerce trends
